01Overview
Elite Ride Limousines ("Elite Ride Limousines", "we", "us" or "our") provides luxury limousine and private chauffeur services and the technology platform used to request, manage and deliver them. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it and the choices and rights you have.
It applies to eliteridelimousine.com, our web console, our application programming interfaces and, once released, our iOS and Android applications (together, the "Services"). Our platform is currently in development. Sections that describe ride-related processing apply from the moment those features become available to you.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and enquiry details: your name, email address, phone number, company, the subject you are interested in and the content of your message when you use our contact form or write to us.
- Account details: your name, email address, login credentials and assigned role when an account is created for you. Passwords are stored by our identity provider in salted, hashed form; we never see or store them in plain text.
- Ride and booking details (at launch): pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, passenger and special-request information, and the history of your trips.
- Payment details (at launch): payments will be handled by a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. We will receive a token and limited card details (such as card type and last four digits), not your full card number.
- Chauffeur and partner details (at launch): licensing, insurance, vehicle and background-screening information needed to onboard professional chauffeurs and fleet partners, as permitted by law.
Information collected automatically
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of requests, recorded in our server and security logs.
- Bot-protection signals: our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which collects hardware and software information such as device and application data and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Location data (at launch, in our apps): precise or approximate location from your device, with your permission, to set your pickup point, match you with a chauffeur, show live trip progress and support safety. You can disable location access in your device settings, although some features will not work without it.
- App and notification data (at launch): device model, operating system and app version, language, and a push-notification token so we can send you trip updates.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from corporate account administrators who arrange travel for you, from service providers who help us verify identity or prevent fraud, and from partners who refer you to us.
03How we use information
- To respond to enquiries, provide early access and deliver customer support.
- To create and secure accounts, authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
- To arrange, dispatch, track and complete rides, and to calculate fares and process payments (at launch).
- To send transactional messages such as confirmations, receipts, trip updates and security notices.
- To send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them or where the law permits. You can opt out at any time.
- To protect the safety of riders, chauffeurs and the public, and to detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To maintain, analyze and improve the Services, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable service, your consent (for example, for device location and marketing) and compliance with legal obligations.
06Security
Security is built into the foundation of our platform. All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data is encrypted at rest, including with customer-managed encryption keys for our primary database. Databases are not reachable from the public internet, secrets are held in a dedicated secret manager, access is governed by identity-first, role-based controls, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
07Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Enquiries are generally kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Account information is kept for the life of the account and for a limited period afterwards. Ride, payment and tax records are kept for the period required by applicable transportation, tax and accounting laws. Security logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized. We may retain information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes.
08Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information, subject to legal exceptions;
- object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- opt out of marketing communications; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
United States residents: residents of California and of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights described above, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by those laws. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: you have the rights described above under the GDPR and equivalent laws, together with the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

09International data transfers
Our Services are operated from the United States, and your information is processed there. If you access the Services from another country, your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
10Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and accounts may only be held by people aged 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect means the updated policy applies to you.
